Foodies, Chew-watchers, and enjoyers of life, alert: Health educator, TV host, and author Daphne Oz has a new book out. Hitting store shelves today, Relish: An Adventure in Food, Style and Everyday Fun is a guide to healthy and happy living, complete with recipes and strategies for staying sane while shedding bad habits. We caught up with Oz a couple of days ago as she was preparing to tape a segment with dad—that’s Mehmet Oz, MD—for the The Dr. Oz Show.
