When emptying the dishwasher, I take out each item on the bottom rack one at a time as I do a squat. That can add up to somewhere over 20, if I can make it that far.
I also do toe lifts or balancing exercises as I wait for the teapot to boil my tea water.
I figure every little bit helps!

I like to do squats when taking clothes out of the dryer . . . . squat, grab one article, fold and stack . . . . squat, one more article of clothing, fold and stack, etc. That can really give a good workout when your short on time . . .
I also try to make it a habit to do a squat or lunge when reaching in a low cabinet, the floor, etc. Good for you and saves the strain on your back from too much bending.
