Brewer’s yeast tablets(about 6 a day), great for skin; also helps repel mosquitoes on humans and fleas on dogs. I also use Bio Oil, olive oil, and wheat germ oil on my face, neck and hands-all work great!!! I kinda rotate them(don’t use all together!!?)

My mom used egg whites on her face to tighten and smooth the skin. She usually did this every time she used eggs. After she cracked the egg open to cook,.she would wipe her fingers inside the egg shell and smooth the raw egg white over her face and neck. She would let it dry and go rinse it off with warm water. Unfortunately my mom passed at age 66, but her facial skin was very smooth and almost wrinkle free at age 66. Love you mom!
