When we launched the Top 10 Online Influencers in Depression this past December, our goal was to help Sharecare users understand depression. After all, 1 in 10 U.S. adults report that they have some form of depression, and about half a million people suffer from seasonal affective disorder (SAD) from December through February.

With regard to cervical cancer- I am thankful there is something that can help a whole generation. As someone who is at risk ( family history) I belive it is imperitive to educate and advocate for womens health. You don’t think you will ever be ill when you are young.
This vaccine could save your life! I sure wish my mother and I had this option.
About depression in winter:
Use a veralux light and take B vitamins
Exercise( even a little helps)
Meditate
Learn something new. It is YOUR LIFE- fight for it, take care of you-Every Day!!!!!
