Weight-management secret: “Accountability: Eat what you want, but you’re responsible for everything that goes into your body. If you exceed your calories or points, it’s something that you are accountable for. And by accountability, I mean that the only person you need to answer to is YOU! Make good choices to stay within your daily allotments of calories/points using the most fulfilling and healthy foods possible. Compliment your portion reduction with strength training, flexibility and cardio and you’ll feel better than you ever have.
Advice to live by: 1) Running is a privilege; respect every step. 2) Be kind to yourself.
